What is the process for refilling my prescriptions?
Providers will refill medications during visits, however, if you find that you need a refill in between visits, please email your provider with at least 3 business days before running out of your medication. Certain medications cannot be filled unless specific conditions are met, including routine labs and follow-up visits. We will let you know if you are on a medication with specific requirements.
What do I do if I need urgent or immediate support?
If you are in a mental health crisis, please call the National Crisis Line at 988 or text ‘HOME’ to 741-741. These are free and confidential crisis support resources that are available 24/7.
Another option is to go to the nearest Emergency Room.
Please refer to our local resources page for additional information.
What if I can’t make my scheduled appointment?
If you cancel outside your provider’s policy (typically 24–48 hours before the appointment), you may be subject to a late cancellation fee. Please refer to your provider’s disclosure for the details of their cancellation policy. Late cancellation fees are charged at the sole discretion of your provider.
